John Gruszka, Owner/Carpenter

John has been in the remodeling industry since 1987 beginning as a laborer, becoming a carpenter, cabinet maker, and millwork manager. In 2003 he began working as a project manager eventually running the day-to-day field operations of the company. In January of 2010, John and Sharon brought Fair Oaks Contractors to life to continue John's passion for remodeling

Sharon Gruszka, Owner/Office Manager

Sharon has 25+ years of experience in the residential mortgage and commercial insurance industries. Her expertise and drive keeps us running straight behind the scenes. 

Garth Inniss, Carpenter

Garth has been in the remodeling industry since emigrating from his native Guyana in 1992. His skills, dedication, and passion for remodeling bring clients an assurance that their project will be in great hands throughout. Garth and his wife Zora have two sons and reside in Carol Stream.
